Received Associate of Applied Science and currently attending to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology. Team oriented with an ability to lead and develop others. This course has been exciting to participate in and help develop skills that are already being applied in current career through taking a more in-depth look at accessing software and applying principles toward evaluating structures.
IoT Security Prototype
I built a Security System prototype that included a door sensor, distance sensor, and light sensor. This project required wiring a bread board and Mega 2560 R3 and installing various lights, distance and light sensor. It also required testing and uploading code to the Mega 2560.

Linux Operating Systems
I developed a working knowledge of the Linux Operating System. The project required me learning how to navigate within the Linux OS, creating users and group, determining user access privileges, identifying IP addresses, security protocols and more.
Fundamental of Cloud Computing
This course gave me the opportunity to develop a working knowledge of virtual machines beginning with their implementation, and continuing with isolating sections of Azure cloud, launching resources with security and storage, while also monitoring the product
Fundamental of Information System Security
This course gave me the opportunity develop an understanding securing a network against various threats to any company's network in areas. It has help me identify threats and implementing the proper defenses against them.
Information Security and Mobile Devices
This course covered areas in communication networks, cellular technology, and mobile technology. The project enabled me to develop skills in reviewing and manipulating mobile software, creating simple apps, and reverse engineering.
Fundamentals of Information Technology & Network
I developed an IPv4 addressing scheme to support a network using a virtual machine. This project enabled me to perform connectivity testing, IP subnetting and loopback interfaces, create a Visio network diagram and develop an understanding of wireless network sercurity.
Programming with Data
I developed working knowledge of the Python Operating System. The project required me to learn how to navigate within the Python OS, use a cloud-based system to collect data on temperature and humidity, analyze the data using programming and data analytics.
Automation and Control
I developed working knowledge of the Logix Pro PLC. The project required me to create, and test simulations in an effort to determine if a desired result could be reached. The was a quick and simple way to test my application without replicating the actual hardware.
Wire, Optical and Wireless Communication
I gain valuable knowledge of the wired, optical, and wireless signals and their transmission in the network. This course allowed me to explore encoding methods, selection and installation of media, infrastructure practices, error detection, and troubleshooting methods.
